A private chef on vacation: how it works at your holiday home

You rented a house on the coast, in the hills or a country home with friends. What the options are, how it's organized and what to sort out before you travel.

Group holidays have a classic problem: someone ends up cooking every day, or everyone eats out at the same places. A private chef solves it in two ways: one special night to remember, or several days of meals sorted so nobody has to think about the menu.

Three ways to add it to your trip

OptionBest forWhat it's like
One special nightA birthday, an anniversary or the last dinner of the tripA 3- or 7-course menu served at the house
Several days of meals sortedFamilies or groups staying a week or moreCooking sessions that leave meals ready for several days
A big get-togetherA party, friends or a team gatheringA tailored proposal for the number of guests

All three work just like in Buenos Aires: see how each one works in the 7-course tasting, the weekly chef and tailored events.

How it's organized

  1. Message me on WhatsApp with the place, the dates, how many you are and what you feel like eating.
  2. Send me photos of the house's kitchen: burners, oven, fridge and tableware. With that I adapt the menu to what's there.
  3. We build the menu around local produce: fish and seafood on the coast, lamb or mountain cooking in the hills.
  4. I send you the all-inclusive quote plus the travel cost for the destination.
  5. The deposit secures the date, and all you have to do is enjoy.

How much does it cost?

The base is the same as in Buenos Aires: a 3-course experience starts at $480,000 for two people and the weekly chef at $160,000 per session, all included. Outside Buenos Aires City and Greater BA, travel is added and quoted by destination and number of days. You get the total before the deposit, with no surprises.
